Nurse Manager

Salary: £31,383.00 per annum
Hours: 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
Location: Exeter
Closing Date: Sunday 3rd February 2019

This is an exciting opportunity to come and lead our health team.

You will provide leadership, management, development and support for the WESC Foundation Health Team and perform the role of Nurse Practitioner providing clinical and management supervision of the WESC Foundation Health Team of nurses and health care assistants.  You will also undertake training of the health team and other staff.

Working directly to the Director of Care and Support Services, you will ensure compliance with the Health and Social Care Act 2008, Ofsted National Minimum Standards for Residential Special Schools, and all relevant DoE guidance and the NMC Code of Practice.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated nurse leader who wants to support young people with complex needs and visual impairment to lead full and healthy lives.  You need to be able to work with a wide range of different professionals, and enjoy multi tasking!  You will someone who sets the highest standards and instils that in others.
