We would love to see you at our next Open Afternoon on Wednesday 12th June 2019 (2pm until 5pm)

  • Explore the peaceful site with its woodland, meadows, gardens and polytunnels.
  • Hear the story so far and find out more our future plans from Horticulture Project Manager Patrick Phillips (formerly Head Gardener of Askham Bryan College and Cothay Manor)
  • Discover more about WESC Foundation and our work with visually-impaired young people.
  • Learn how you can get involved and learn new skills as a volunteer or by attending one of our pop-up events.

Free tea and tea, and plenty of parking. Sensible footwear recommended!

About WESC Country Works – our community garden in West Hill

Tucked away at the edge of the village is our forest school, horticulture project and community garden.

We offer outdoor learning experiences to anyone regardless of their disability, including the children and young people from across the WESC Foundation community.
