Are you a parent looking for therapy or mobility services for your visually impaired child?

Are you a company with staff members who have a visual impairment and are looking for some specialist advice or training?

Maybe you are working in the field of special needs already and need that extra support in therapy and mobility to help your clients?

WESC Foundation’s team of highly specialist therapists and mobility staff are now offering their services externally on an outreach basis. They can offer training in your own environment or at WESC’s impressive 15-acre campus in Exeter.

Do you want to find out how they can help you? Why not come along to the Therapy & Mobility Open Day on Wednesday 6 December 2017 2pm until 4pm and find out!

The informal afternoon will enable WESC’s Therapy & Mobility team to demonstrate awareness of their services. The afternoon will entail various demonstrations about what the team can offer, a short tour of the campus so you can see therapy and mobility in action and then finishing the day with a Christmas Cream tea!

At WESC, therapy and mobility support students in all aspects of their life. WESC’S skilled on-site therapists support physical development and sensory needs using a range of techniques and specialist equipment including communication aids. The on-site therapy provision includes a hydro pool, gym, trampoline (rebound), a sensory integration room, as well as specialist bikes, tandems and adapted tricycles.

The Therapy & Mobility team would be delighted if you, or a representative from your organisation, were able to see WESC’s provision first hand including the opportunity to discuss what they can provide for outreach/training support or renting WESC’s impressive therapy facilities.
